Humankind Relationships Workshops
Every relationship is unique, so Humankind Relationships does not take a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, coaching and workshops focus on designing what works best for the individual, couple, or team rather than using generic templates.
There is an emphasis on taking a holistic view of relationships, considering not only romantic partnerships but also relationships with oneself, family, coworkers, and teams.
Instead of repairing relationships after challenges arise, Humankind Relationships takes an active, present, and future-focused approach to building, maintaining, and amplifying personal and professional relationships.
Workshops are hosted globally and online. Sign up below to keep updated.

Couples Connection Workshops
January 2024 | Lugano, Switzerland. October 2023 | London, United Kingdom.
Have you been to a workshop that left you feeling more in love than when you arrived?
Whether you are at the beginning of your relationship journey or have been on it for many years, this couples connection workshop is for you!
Come and spend uninterrupted time on what's precious to you. You'll smile, probably laugh and gain tools to strengthen your bond before leaving feeling a little more in love! With the playbook containing all the exercises, tips, and your agreed commitments* to continue connecting long after the workshop. (* I know time is precious and life isn't perfect, so I encourage making small commitments that fit your current life as a couple).
Connection
Through interactive activities, you will embark on a journey of reflection and remember the hilarious adventures and challenges you overcame. This exploration will celebrate the beautiful moments and reveal what you need to nurture and promote lasting happiness in your relationship.
Positive Framework
The workshop draws on positive coaching exercises. It is not therapy or a suitable replacement. You will not have to share personal information with me or others; any group activities will be neutral.
